Hey nice work on both the foreground and background. The face and hair needs more work though. The lips are lopsided. Bend the pose a bit more, to give it more interesting shapes. The background is neato, except the water is too smooth to look like ripples. Need to give it a more foamy texture. Best work yet. Yay! And maybe add some motions to the sky like some hints of clouds. The horizon line is a bit flat and uninteresting, though, so maybe add some faint landmarks after the horizon to give more depth impression.
